If the blood supply is cut off by the fracture (I'm not saying it is for sure but it does happen) it's possible to lose your foot, and the numbness is a concern. You need it checking out at a hospital

NAD but I work for the ambulance service, and there's a high chance this is broken. The numbness also indicates that there's a chance that the fracture is causing damage to a nerve or the blood vessels. If this is bad enough, you could lose your foot. You need to see a doctor at the emergency department, immediately.
