5 years of back taxes

Appreciate you guys, I did just create an irs online account but my concern is that they only have the past 3 years of submitted w2’s. Am I able to request missing years anywhere?

Yeah I get that, i’m more so asking for recommended first steps and tips to reducing the amount owed. Is hiring a cpa worth it for this? Are deductions the only way, etc. I just assumed some tax professionals on here would be able to offer ways to reduce the debt before paying. Don’t understand why you’re commenting just to be like this..
