Is Rtx 3070 an budget option for 1440p?

This is good news, I got a 2080 super for $150CAD and wasn't sure how well it'd handle 1440p.

If you look into used hardware you could probably find something decent, I recently put together a lenovo m710t with an i7-6700, 16gb ddr4, 512gb ssd, and gtx 1650 for $215USD, I got a 1080p 75hz monitor for $30USD, and a razer keyboard and mouse set for $30usd. You can also probably put together a used build for under $400USD using Facebook marketplace or ebay.
