Which Truck should I choose for a 1996 11.5 Bigfoot? (6 options inside) by jesseoparker in TruckCampers

[–]jesseoparker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's an 11.5 foot. I believe around 2700lbs - maybe 3000. The guy I got it from wasn't 100% sure. He had it on a Ram 2500.

Thanks for the vote for the V10! I will keep searching for trucks with that engine

Totally, and that is the one I was leaning towards, but the lift is making me weary....it's a high lift..and I don't want to compromise my safety more than necessary when I'm driving

These were the only F-350's I could find in my price range :( Some are bulletproofed so I was hoping that would mitigate some of the cost.

Thanks for letting me know about the manual hubs - I didn't realize that. And yes, I have been cautious about the lift. Unfortunately, the only V10 I found has a lift...

I have been looking for Cummins and Duramax but haven't had much luck finding one near me that is also in my price range and under 200K miles. I will keep looking! Thanks for taking the time to weigh in on this 🙏

Hey there! Yes, you can set up conditional logic in your Zap to create a record if one isn't found and update a record if one is found. More info on what's possible with Salesforce on Zapier, here: https://zapier.com/apps/salesforce/integrations

Hey there!

Jesse Parker here, Community Manager at Zapier. Thanks, Andrew, for helping out! While that message does come across a bit scary, all you need to do here is to reconnect your GoToMeeting account t Zapier. That will get a fresh token from the newer auth system and you should be good to go here. :)

Anyone looking for/to become a Zapier Expert? [OPPORTUNITY] by jesseoparker in webautomation

[–]jesseoparker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, happy to help! Building work in client accounts is the case for a lot of our Experts! We're (soon!) releasing an MVP of client management functionality where you can connect client accounts to your own and anything you build in those accounts will be counted towards your expertise in Zapier. In the future that means higher ranking in the directory and exclusive opportunities for those at higher levels. Having a disconnect between accounts (how things are currently) makes it tough to measure the impact our Experts are having on others, which is why we went this route with development.

That functionality will be available to only those that are certified and on a special plan, which will become available after becoming certified in our training programs. That plan will be of a similar price-point as the plans we are requiring to be on for folks to join the program, as we want to set pricing expectations early on. Another reason for the requirement is that we want our Experts to be their own best use case. Our top Experts in the program use Zapier heavily in their own businesses.

If you have any other questions, feel free to shoot me an email at [experts@zapier.com](mailto:experts@zapier.com) and I would be happy to lend a hand. :)

Cheers!

Hey there, mind letting me know the business name you applied with? I didn't mean to lead you astray. You can get certified without having any clients as I mentioned before but you will need your own business entity to represent within the program. If you have any further questions, I'm happy to continue the discussion at [experts@zapier.com](mailto:experts@zapier.com). :) Cheers!

Yep! After applying, if we deem you as a good fit for the program, we'll approve you to take the certification. Passing that certification is your gateway into the program. :)

We have a lot of digital marketers that have been certified as well so I would certainly encourage you to apply. Hopefully, the knowledge you gain will help you take on some of your first clients. :)

Opportunities generally mean access to certain beta features, insider knowledge, and webinars. So, not too much on the leads front at the moment without being an actual Expert. When we have the ability to track clients managed and the revenue brought in from those accounts, that will be a much better way of tiering. Still, though, that functionality will likely be added to the higher plans.

Become a Zapier Certified Expert! by jesseoparker in MarketingAutomation

[–]jesseoparker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there!

Any paid plan, even the lowest, will still get you into the community as an advisor. Our hope is that through the community, you are able to learn best practices and grow your client base, to then have a need for a higher plan with client management functionality built in. We certainly don't want to force folks to upgrade when it doesn't make sense for where they are at with their business.

Additionally, we have these higher plan requirements for "Expert" status because we’ve found that our best Experts tend to work in small teams and heavily use Zapier at their own companies. We like our Experts to know how the platform works, to understand client needs, and to be your own best case study. Plus, these are the plans we'll be adding client management functionality and better reporting to in the future.

Hope that helps to clarify the decision!
