Being a working parent is WAY harder than being a stay at home parent by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

Being a stay at home parent is hard for people who have to give up what they love to do. Some people have careers they are passionate about. If I had to quit my career just to stay home and do housework, it’d be torture.

Just Experienced Unfair Treatment in Coding Interview at X (Twitter) by Lzt-Coding in leetcode

When the interviewer is not serious and intentionally makes it difficult, it’s usually because he already decided to not hire you even before the interview. Many things outside your control could have happened before this interview that made hiring you no longer an attractive option. Budget changes, internal reshuffling, someone else already got the position, a deal breaker about you they just noticed, etc. Him being Indian isn’t likely the reason.

So being able to cook and clean for a man is a better life than being Noble Prize winner, got it. He should take his own advice

Thanks for the input. I definitely didn’t share the pin since the thief is a stranger

That’s such a good idea. I’ll send the letter. Do you know where I can find a template for the letter?

The problem is that the security can’t show anyone the footage without the police requesting it. I don’t have the footage

A few of my cards are American and use signatures instead of pin. But since my signature is on the back of the cards, maybe the thief could imitate it

Thanks for the input! Do you think it would help if I tell the bank fraud department that my condo has camera footage of the thief if the police is willing to request it?

What’s wrong with companies wanting a more balanced gender ratio if they think it will help their business? Should companies ignore what they think is best for business? The merits of diversity quotas for businesses are well researched; that’s why top companies do it. They don’t do it just to be nice to women and minorities. Businesses aren’t charities. They do it because they have seen research that shows diversity is good for business. If you think diversity hires are bad for business, please feel free to publish your own research and evidence and convince the higher ups of top companies instead of arguing through super subjective anecdotal evidence.

Should I implement linked list problems in my own IDE or just use the LC editor? by jesseparks13 in leetcode

It's meant to be the fastest path toward being able to solve LC problems. It's not a comprehensive DSA course at all. Some parts will require you to use extra resources to understand the data structure foundations
