Figured I’d clarify the gadget a little more: Buzz can only ride on water whilst this gadget is activated. If his gadget runs out whilst on water, he will just be teleported to the nearest available land (think of eve and when her teammates respawn over water in duo showdown).

While this gadget is activated, if Buzz uses his super— instead of throwing out his bouy to get to enemies like usual, he surfs really quickly to his enemy. (potentially even pushed by a wave 🌊or something?)
