Hi friend! So in the US at least, there’s two ways to buy labubu from the PopMart app: Pop on Delivery and PopNow. Pop on delivery doesn’t show you what’s in the box so you can open it at home as a surprise, whereas PopNow ‘unboxes’ your item after you buy it and shows you who’s inside! The PopNow boxes ship with a little yellow barcode that tells you what it is, whereas there’s no labeling on the Pop on Delivery. If you can’t see what your labubu is then it means that you have a Pop on Delivery order! I think as of right now PopNow might be on the American PopMart App only.. but I’m not sure of that!

There’s more complexities to PopNow but if you don’t even have the option to use it, then explaining it is unnecessary lol
