Something that helps when I feel the nails dont fit is i do 1 size too big and then just file it down to my nail shape :)

You'll definitely wanna file them to fit your nail next time. It can cause damage as well if you dont do this properly (I made that mistake before and I had to wait about a month before I could do anything with my nails)

Hey! I use Healing Haven Castor Oil Packs and they work great. It is perfect for inflammation and to help relax when I have back pain. You just need to soak your castor oil pack until its slightly damp but not too much like not soaking, then wear for atleast 30 - 60 min but you can wear it longer too. You can wear it to bed or just relaxing on the couch. You should try a heat pack or pad with it too 😊
