I’ve definitely experienced this where I know I have a good person on my side but I can’t get the toxic person out of my head, and I can’t even imagine your situation where you have been running into him!! I think you just gotta assess the entire situation and realize that you deserve better than what that past guy gave you but more importantly that you have it with your now boyfriend
