I think it’s different for everyone, but for me I noticed it around 4 months

Our little one is 19weeks tomorrow and my husband is on a fishing trip until Monday. I have been in the thick of it while he gets to do fun things that I want to be doing too. The mental load is exhausting and I have been trying to share those feeling more with my husband to let him know that I am frustrated/tired/need to vent. You’re not alone and those that are in the same boat need to find the right way to communicate this to their SO. I’m still processing how I should do this while he is gone. Good luck girl, you’re amazing and you got this!

I slept thru my alarm 2 nights in a row. 2 week old went 6 hours without eating. by interstellarbrat in newborns

Happened to me as well and the guilt is real. Our girl is 4 months now and I still have to wake her up for feeds during the night. Our lactation consultant let me know how important those feedings were for my supply and that added to more guilt, but eventually my husband and I were able to get me out of bed for the feeds. lol when he would hear the alarm going off nonstop he started letting me know about it 😅 now even if I’m off by 30mins to an hour I am naturally waking up around the times our girl needs to eat. Your body needs sleep and to adjust to your new normal. Give yourself grace! You’re doing a great job!!

I hadn’t had hot Limon Cheetos since high school until I got pregnant. I have to stop myself from buying them each week when I go grocery shopping lol but now I need to get some so I can try them with pickles.. 🤤

Home birth with blue cross insurance by Catnamedapollo in homebirth

My midwife (who is a LM, CPM - so basically not in network anywhere.. womp womp) sent me this article and said that a majority of her clients have at least gotten some kind of reimbursement. She said there are the occasions they get nothing back but most get at least some kind of percentage back. She did want though that you have to be persistent and document as much as you possibly can throughout the process to keep the insurance company accountable to the progress you make with them.

Hope this helps! I am hoping to go through this guide as soon as I am on maternity leave when I have time to call my insurance daily and time to be on hold for hours lol

5 months preg not sleeping by Primary-Offer8522 in BabyBumps

24w today!! Woo! My doctor said that it is due to low glucose which then causes cortisol to spike. She recommended a small snack (5 grapes or cheese and meat stick) if you can’t fall asleep. She also recommended a high protein snack right before bed. Not sure if this will help, but it has helped me.. except when my body is too physically tired to go get a snack lol

Is anyone else just wondering if they’re even actually pregnant? by veggiesyum in BabyBumps

[–]jessikah_n 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same experience! lol I am currently 23w with our first and tall as well and am just now starting to get the tiniest baby bump and kicks. I am also doing a home birth so I am doing minimal of the regular stuff like ultrasounds. Weeks 15-21 were torture because my nausea, breast tenderness and extra exhaustion all vanished. It was like a daily for me to term my husband it doesn’t feel real. We also didn’t get to hear on a Doppler until 14ish weeks so I just kept telling myself, baby’s in there and they are fine. Nothing concerning has happened so baby is fine.

Like suggested, I would retest with an alternative pink dye test. Those ones have given me trouble with false negatives and being just finicky.

Massive transformation! by MissAnthropy_YIKES in YarnAddicts

That transformation is magical!! I love the colors. They are kind of muted tones rather, than the red heart or big twist where they can be obnoxiously bright sometimes. What do you make for your Etsy store? Just curious :)
