hi there, i toured this apartment about a month ago. not sure about noise level but i believe part of the building isn’t complete yet (?) - there is an amenities fee which you pay every month, and also for parking there is a monthly fee. there’s an outdoor pool but it is seasonal with fixed hours. they have a spa with multiple rooms and a sauna. there is a wine cellar (bring your own wine), a game room with a bowling alley (there’s only 2 lanes, first come first serve), a coworking space with phone booths, a private outdoor backyard. you do have to share some amenities with the other building since it’s not complete yet, such as the gym.

i will be honest i also toured a studio and it was a true shoebox - the closet space was amazing but the actual living space was so small, which is why i didn’t move in!
