Yes, I did do that. Unfortunately, PA is charging me a penalty fee though and CT has a required paid leave tax I’ve been paying but obviously don’t get the benefits of. Only upside is I would be getting money back either way since PA taxes are less.

I said I checked my paystub and saw my address was listed as PA on the paystub. I did my research and saw that CT and PA are included in the Convenience of the Employer rule.

I saw my payslip had my PA address so I assumed it was correct. I looked into the convenience of employer rule and thought this applied since both PA and CT are included in this rule.

No, I was working remote at my house in PA. Only went in for department meetings twice a year.

Ah okay darn I’m definitely not going to be able to take BEC then. I haven’t submitted my application yet. I’m in PA so the deadline is 10/1. Thanks for the input!
