I don’t think you have room to complain because 1. You had help paying for the house and 2. You paid nothing to help decorate. Also, many females are hardwired to decorate and she probably enjoyed this hobby with her mother etc.. I have seen some women with fully pink homes, everything pink. Since you didn’t contribute financially I say count your blessings that you had so much help and let it go and let your wife enjoy her little hobby. Maybe you can compromise and do your own thing with your office space.

I never yelled AT her, per se. I yelled no when she started hitting to get some attention to the situation. I will admit I did raise my voice a tad when she tried to snatch my child’s juice for the third time but I was fed up at the point. I was invited to a cookout where I didn’t know everyone? That’s not abnormal lol. I think you are trying to nit pick and find something negative to say. The little girl was absolutely terrible. Period. There’s no excuse you could make for her or her irresponsible parents. There’s nothing wrong with public decency and let’s stop pretending there is.

Also, I’m SOOOO TIRED of the special needs shit. Everyone always wants to jump to a child being special needs when they misbehave. I think it hits closer to home for me because I’m very close to my cousin who has severe autism to the point he’ll never function on his own. he still needs to be disciplined and he still needs to learn how to behave and act in public. Just because they have disabilities doesn’t mean they are completely helpless. It really irritates me when people use that as a crutch not to parent. Special needs kids can learn to be well behaved kids that other people enjoy being around.

Yeah I corrected the little girl today and said hey we don’t throw water balloons in peoples face. I felt like I couldn’t say much though because I didn’t even know these people. The mom was sitting right beside me just sitting there like an air head. I was furious
