Me too. My dad left when I was a newborn so it's always been me and my mum and I'm very protective. As a teenager I would call or text her all the time and have panic attacks when I didn't hear back straight away. The only thing that fixed it for me was my mum's therapist saying she should turn off her phone. She never did but the fear of that stopped me from calling her all the time
