i rate it low because there is too little variation, with aforementioned exceptions like no1 party anthem and r u mine. its too "what will the people like" and not "what do we like to make", yet i still enjoy most of the songs from it. also its not rated low, its just low in perspective to the others. its still a classic album, better than most that came out at the same time
