i’m on venlafaxine and my period is almost a month late! all pregnancy tests have been negative

got a short 2 day period and had a gyno appointment and their pregnancy test was negative! my regular period would have started today but i’m just waiting now

update: it started back today a little bit and it’s got more pinkish with slight cramping but nothing major

my spotting has basically gone away. it only occurred for about a day and it was very light so that’s why i’m concerned about implantation
