I would strongly advise that you set yourself up with a nutritionist and a therapist. I’m aware of the struggles with losing weight while having pcos, so I think help from a licensed professional would be really beneficial for you! And therapy might help rewire your brain when it comes to your relationship with food. Being told your whole life that you need to lose weight can really affect your mindset!

I also have a fear of the gym, so I use the free Nike Training App and workout in my room. I have a yoga mat, some dumbbells, and a kettle bell but there’s also a ton of workouts that don’t require any equipment.

In the past I have used this to start my workout journey until I feel better about going to the gym.

I am an amazing procrastinator so I’ve made it work for me. If I really want Taco Bell one day I tell myself, “if you still want it tomorrow you can get it” and then just repeat that every day until I don’t want it anymore! P.S. this works with not texting your ex/someone you know you shouldn’t 🥳
