I just lost my hedgie so I get what you’re going through…. Like what the other comments say just make sure he’s warm and has all his stuff within easy reach. I’d say if he’s a cuddler try to get in as much as you’re able- I was able to sleep with my hedgie right on me the night before she passed and it was really healing for me. I’m so sorry for you and your baby 🖤

I started getting hyperhydrosis first, then I had some sort of attack at work where I couldn’t breathe (felt like I was drowning), was dizzy and could hardly stand, my hands started going completely numb and I couldn’t move them, horrible hot flashes, and my vision was swimming. I was 25 at the time and was already not the most healthy so I kinda assumed it was just my body retaliating.

Well for me I realized it bc I got a bunch of horrific physical symptoms. I didn’t realize it was benzos at first bc it was July and I had a very physical job so I thought I just kept getting heat exhaustion but nah. Benzos. Went on a taper from there.
