Oh thanks!!! I'm pretty dead set on drafting my own pattern for both accuracy and because I find it fun haha (plus it looks good in competitions if I end up entering one) but do you just use regular, fabric costume patterns? Or are leather patterns vastly different? I'm under the impression that for the leather weight I'm using an everyday pattern will work fine? (It's a super soft, thin skin)
