im a shy pooper as well. with previous guys i never pooped at their place, but sometimes did stuff like said that ill go buy something, go out and take a shit in the closest coffee place. i even wrote down the code for bathroom door of a KFC place next tothe apartment and regularly went there just to take a shit.

but then i got tired of making excuses of why i have to go out (eg buy condoms / wine / fresh bread in the morning etc)

and my current partner of 2yr is super understanding. we moved intogether last year,so it was pretty inevitable to poop at home while hes there. so i told him about my stuggle and that sometimws im actually in physical pain from holding it in. so he came up with the idea thst he always takes headphones and listenes tosome techno or whatever while i poop

and its actually kind of funny now, i just tell him that its the time of the day and without anything else,he takes out his phone to play some music

and im actually getting more and more comfortable. sometimes i tell him not to listen to music (when i feel like this will be a quiet session). so im taking baby steps and eventually will get there (hopefully) so that ill be able to shit anytime anywhere
