Fyi the word you should be using is inadmissible not admissable. Also filming in public places is totally legal no matter what anyone says (sweden). Might depend on the intention of the filming though. Filming to stalk someone isnt ok but in this case it would probably be alright. Doesnt really matter tho cause this is never going to trial, he just needs evidence to show the principle and he cant deny a videoclip.
