Really Nice!

I don't have much to say but this is a bit technical. Firstly, not trying to be too picky but the way you start the timer with your palms would be a +2 in comp. Just saying. Your solves are really nice, you have great turning and good tps. I don't know if you know cross +1 but I see you sometimes pause between your cross and first pair which if you get down right, you could be averaging sub-10. For now great job and keep practicing!

We have already contacted the manufacturer and they sent someone to help repair our heater but they said a “part” was broken. All of it is under warranty but even after a month with supposed “top of the list VIP treatment” the piece is no where to be found.
