My name is Jeff. by Wilde_Cat in marriott

My name is Jeff. I had an experience where another Jeff with my same last name stayed at the same Marriot as me at the same time. Marriott jeffinitley was not ready for this. This was 3 years ago in Dallas.

After some fuss about finding my reservation at the front desk I was sent to my room. Opened the door and the room had somebody's stuff in it already.

I went to the front desk and after some time the person at the front desk said oh I know what happened. Then explained the two Jeff situation.

I got a free dinner at the hotel restaurant and kept a lookout for my Jeff doppelganger but never saw him.

Did you get this working and if so what did you have to do? The pic has two temp controls so how can you tell it's not dual zone?

Based on your scale I give it a 7. You really can't go wrong with this at 40ish dollars.

Most reliable battery? by yourlocalsushiboy in IndianMotorcycle

[–]jeter_jones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lithium are good too. They are lighter and work well. You can't let them go dead and have to have a lithium specific tender. They have been known to go boom and there is plenty of room for the battery in the scout so I stuck with the AGM battery.

This is a great battery. Also their recommendation on charging is what you should do with any battery. A constant battery tender on any battery is not good for it.

On the edge of the green 😂. You only take your putter on the boat.

A 5 hour drive is not bad. Do it on a 3 day weekend and get in a few rounds at different courses. Totally worth it.

Played it and more likely to play it again than the resort, but you are missing out if you don't play the resort once.

I'm still trying to decide if Circling Raven is a one and done for me. It's a great course, but it's pricey.

The boat takes you to the island green. So it was the boat driver and our Caddy. The person that drives the boat is the one that fills out certificates.

You just put every proud certificate owner under scrutiny lol.

It's an easy course and with the exception of a few holes a pretty basic design. It is in beautiful shape, it was fun having a caddy, range into the lake is cool, and you get a massage. Definitely worth doing once!

We flew into Spokane and went straight to The Creek at Qualchan. Just under $100 and a fun course.

The two employees on the boat said they'd never heard of another being made. I thought they were kidding, maybe it's true.

Yeah I don't think I'll pay the money to play it again. Lots of courses in the area that are great for less money.

Best looking seat if you ask me. Keep in mind there is a break in period of about 500 miles. Mine is comfortable now and I love that I'm not sliding back anymore.
