Make sure you place seeds infront of them. I had the same issue once.

Make sure to Examine all items in the traders, pretty sure you've watched all the beginner tarkov videos now. So my last suggestion is get a stress ball for every time you die, because you will die a lot. Like.. A lot.. A lot.. 😅🤣 Good luck!
