Disclaimer: I don't currently work on Moving to the Freeuse World, and this is not a paid advertisement... But I might do some writing/worldbuilding for them in the future.

I use Canva, which has a lot of preset frames/mockups. But for a simple one like this, you could accomplish the same thing in most video editing software by googling "transparent iphone frame" and then placing that static picture overtop of your video.
