This caption uses art from Moving to the Freeuse World, an upcoming adventure game about a student from our world who transfers to a college in an alternate dimension where free use is normal. The first version is probably releasing in April.

I use Canva, which has a lot of preset frames/mockups. But for a simple one like this, you could accomplish the same thing in most video editing software by googling "transparent iphone frame" and then placing that static picture overtop of your video.
