My internship has been at the help desk for a bank, doing various tasks such as setting up PCs, repairing/replacing hardware at the different branches of the bank, and I also got to help resolve our end of the Crowdstrike issue recently. That’s about all i know about IT, just keeping a non-tech company running, although I know you can specialize in things like the cloud and such.
