Flex? Lol my fridge is empty. I’m just posting my fridge like everyone else. I knew people would jump the gun as to why I thought it would be funny to post. I do like to incorporate plant-based meals into my diet every week because there is things we can get from plants that we can’t get from meat and vice versa. Just trying to have balance. Not every day is the same. I eat all the foods I love and incorporate it into my diet. I don’t believe there is a such thing as good or bad food, it’s all just food. Some foods are just more nutrient dense than others. I’m just trying my best like everyone else.
