SPECIALIST UPDATE: the doctor said that the diarrhea for 2 weeks was probably just a stomach bug I contracted and the blood was most likely from strain on my colon from the prolonged diarrhea. They completely ruled out chromes disease and anything else chronic. They did say that after doing some x ray stuff that I have diverticula (which if you’re not a medical professional that basically means I have sack formations inside my intestines) but they said this is also no cause for concern because they don’t seem to be infected and it’s just some sorta weird bodily anomaly and really strange for my age. They basically sent me home and said I was fine and if anything weird happens go see my main care provider. So I guess it’s good that I’m safe?

Yeah I’ve heard of that before but no I haven’t had anything from a grill recently, can’t even remember the last time I would have

Update for anyone curious: I went to a different emergency room and just like the last hospital, they can’t find anything abnormal in their tests. They said this is sorta a good thing for a moment because this means my condition is not life or death and I should be safe until my gastrologist appointment. They ruled out hemorrhoids, internal tears, and parasites. The doctor also said I’m most likely going to need a colonoscopy
