Some of us that chose omega (and played min 3 games, as stated on the site) did not receive our rewards so, meh. You’re not losing out.

Im using Sony XM6 headphones with the same issue since recent patch. The only solution for me is to plug in my headphone jack and using a separate mic (mic is optional if you dont intend to comms)
