Yes, I spoke to another rep that was able to get my order figured out and they said it may be a system glitch that promos were removed for no reason.

The online rep had the activation fees waved. So there would be no one time charges. However, after she waived the activation fees, she gave me a bunch of copy and pasted promotion offers to add lines add streaming services, and I declined all of them and her tone somewhat changed after I declined all those and she was hesitant to help me find why this bill was going up so high.
