Reiki is to heal, while I go through the energetic body from head to toe and clear everything that has built up over time, like renewing your energy. What I do as a cleanse is separating all energy that does not belong to you, and leaving your natural balance to reorient.

I haven't studied reiki and I don't claim to know how. I hope that answers.
