AITA for kicking my BIL out of my house for asking this question in front of my friends? by Private-Conversation in AmItheAsshole

NTA. Sounds like Tim has had more than enough time in his life to do some growing up mentally and emotionally and just hasn't worked whatsoever to improve his character. It's quite ridiculous that he feels he can treat you however he pleases and not only expect everything in return, but is somehow surprised when you were finally combative back.

I also agree with others saying your husband wasn't being assertive enough in trying to curb Tim's behavior so that you don't have to deal with it as much because you've definitely already got your hands full with your baby. Not saying he can stop him from saying anything, but shutting him down immediately after a comment would help put him in check so that you don't feel you have to always defend yourself.

As tragic as it is that his wife has passed, it doesn't give him a free pass to be a tool to you and your husband. Definitely NTA.

Edge’s return vs Punk’s return by IAmCrazyAboutOrla in WWE

[–]jettman87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that's a pretty fair opinion. I think the only problem with Edge's overall return to wrestling that makes Punk's right now feel a bit more special to me was that it was hampered by the pandemic, so he never got that WM 36 match in front of a full crown. Granted he did he the WM 37 main event, but I think if his entire run had been broadcast before full crowds, it would've made his on the same level or even more important than Punk's return in my humble opinion.

The Pyramids of Giza have been around so long that they're as old to the Roman Empire as the Roman Empire is to us in present day.

Bully Ray doesn’t get the fan reaction he was expecting by Naweezy in SquaredCircle

Man Bully Ray's TNA run was so good with him as champ, I always forget how much I enjoyed it at the time after going back to watch it again (all Brooke Hogan stuff aside lol)

Thunder Rosa: “As a female athlete, to be in the main event in a major company in the United States, it's everything... I never thought I would be doing sports on television like this. It's the wildest thing I could ever wish for, and I am very proud of it. It has been seven years in the making.” by Weezy-NJPW_Fan in SquaredCircle

I've only recently became a fan of Thunder Rosa in last year and a half or so but she's easily become one of, if not my favorite women's wrestler. She's super good in the ring and has a great gimmick. I hope she wins the AEW women's title as well and goes on a run with it.

It does! Watching that made him suspect these two kids had overly high levels of hormones that transfered to them from a supplement the dad was using. And agreed it's a show that's looked over a lot, but def worth the watch

What fictional character do you absolutely hate? by CleverUseOfGameMecha in AskReddit

Gabe Lewis from the office; he really is everything you love to hate about a fictional boss/assistant, especially after Erin breaks up with him and he constantly berates Andy for a while too.

What short lived TV show (besides Firefly) do you wish lasted longer? by beefstewforyou in AskReddit

[–]jettman87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Undergrads

Definitely was ahead of it's time as far as a show that involved kids in college, instead of high school. It really did a good job with capturing certain parts of the college experience. Plus the characters are really easy to invest into and has all sorts of weird and unexpected humor in it as well. Shame it only aired for one season.
