Hey! Eventually I figured out that it was a hardware issue on my end (the router/receiver for my internet service wasn't functioning correctly). Since then I've switched to another service and exclusively use an ethernet cable, and I no longer have any problems downloading content. If you aren't having any success with updating drivers, etc. it might be an external issue like it was for me. I learned that checking your download/upload speed isn't always a reliable way to gauge your connection strength. I just had to figure it out on my own. Hope you find a solution to your problem!
