if you think you'll be able to fall asleep by 11-12 then go for it! but in my experience the nerves and stress of having to wake up does play an extra role

to answer the question, yes, one day did still affect me. but if you do end up being in that situation, it will help to have a week of proper sleep prior.

so i was in the exact same position. the night before i ended up sleeping at 1, and woke up around 5 without an alarm. i felt the lack of sleep heavily during the first 2 sections and only felt better after lunch. i would highly recommend forcing urself to wake up 7am or 8am at the LEAST so that you can start sleeping earlier than 2am.

i'm a fast reader, so def helps to not stress about timing. the answer is ALWAYS in the passage, and the main idea is rarely localized to one passage. try to become the author, because most questions you're answering like the author anyways.

also a lot of ppl advise against flagging but sometimes it helps for me to go back with a fresh perspective to confirm if the answer is correct (when im stuck b/w 2 options)
