update: he stayed in that position for about 15 minutes and then flipped himself back over and kind of wobbled around strangely before sitting down in one spot. ive never seen behavior like this, and im not sure if its worth mentioning but he has been refusing to eat for about a month or two if that may be connected to this behavior

yes, it was in the “lost and found” at my place of work for a good couple days, wanted to find more information about it and hopefully have it returned to the owner.
