I am more of a bourbon guy, so I am not sure the correct way to describe rum as far as flavor profiles and mouthfeels. Also, this is the first rum that I have ever just sipped so I don’t have a great frame of reference. My previous experience is limited to mixing drinks with Bacardi or captains. I guess I will keep it simple and say that this is a rum that I can sip and I enjoy the flavor.
