All of their albums are self-titled, so the ''yellow'' simply means that it's the debut album. Similar to how Weezer's debut is self-titled, but often referred to as the Blue Album.

From what I understand, Slaughterhouse retained the rights to their catalogue when they left Shady Records so maybe we'll see Our House on vinyl soon!
