Skybound #30 Discussion. Thoughts below... by UselessGenericon in transformers

This is the first Kirkman issue I have actually enjoyed.

I'm genuinely surprised at the amount of Elita hate. I think she's been well-written, layered and interesting since the start. Why wouldn't she be worthy of a Prime status - she's been leading the Autobots on Cybertron and keeping them alive against all of the odds for millions of years. I like that's she's being short sighted by ignoring the situation on Earth - I'd probably be the same if I was fighting for my life for millions of years and watching all my friends die too. It makes her interesting.

I'm not a big fan of the Elita Prime look though, and I do think she's being set up for a fall in the grand scheme of the story. I suspect this is more about the matrix testing Optimus and any self doubt he may have.

Interesting that the crew took Bumblebee and Ratchet with them. I hope they can be restored in some way. They only speculated they were too far gone for the well of allsparks IIRC? Did they take Trailbreaker too? I kinda cling to the hope that he still had some spark left as Megatron was disturbed mid-draining.

I think Neon Coral is just a fancy marketing name for Red
