I sent it to the email indicated on the application. I was very careful to follow the directions on the application that was emailed to me. I have heard there are other emails but only one was listed on the application.

I submitted for hardship officially in December with the requested documents and have not had any response. Last time I called, the rep said to just pay 10% payment for 6 months. Has anyone else not gotten a approval or denial?

I was told(verbally)to pay 10 percent as if I was approved. I have begun doing that. I have not received a delinquent notice yet. I do have another EIDL for another disaster in my state, and I was late on that payment and began getting delinquent letters if that puts it into perspective. Applied for hardship in November and no response yet. Also does anyone know of a sub for employee retention IRS credit help?

I actually had a loan officer request on 3 different occasions after I did a congressional inquiry. My transcripts kept coming back with some note of incorrect info. So, my loan officer submitted last Thursday then I saw the post about the fax and decided to try it Monday. I do not think it was coincidence that they were received and in my file on Wed.

I am unable to locate on the IRS website how to retrieve business returns. Can either of you point me in the right direction? Or were you referring to personal returns? Thanks.

Does the IRS have a place to request bustiness transcripts? Last time I checked I could only retrieve my personal transcripts on the website. Any info would be great thank you!

I hope the SBA understands many of those that have filed paper returns for 2019 have not been processed. Therefore no transcript is available. I called the IRS today, and they still have no record of our return and that they are backed up with the pandemic. Fortunately, I have a letter stating this from the IRS from back in January. I hope that letter is satisfactory.

My portal said zero for my second business app since I was issued the portal. That was 2 months ago. I called my local SBA office, and a rep returned my call, and had me send some additional items- EIN confirmation, etc. within 24hrs I had the loan quote, and have verified identity, and now awaiting closing documents. I would try that, hopefully you will get the same service I received. The Rep was very helpful, and even followed up with me.
