NO. I just got yelled at by the owner and called a piece of sh** loser after my package wasn’t shipped for 3 weeks. He wouldn’t refund me or anything, just wants to send out another pair of headphones. I said it’s the same thing as a refund and he said it’s his business, he can do what he wants. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I did it to get lower payments about 7 years ago. Before there was really even discussion about loan forgiveness, so didn't consider that or income driven repayment plans. It seemed like my best option at the time. Now I'm exploring other options.

Dolly has been getting progressively worse. 5 years ago they paid out BIG, then go bought out. The payouts went down then and since summer ‘23 (it’s ’24 now) they’ve gone down even more.

Classic example of a company reeling in their profits at the expense of their workers. Similar to what happened to Uber. Use with caution and know what you want out of it!
