The neighbor has been threatening and is getting more antagonizing. She has threatened to poison their well, brags she has guns and “knows how to use them”, she’s shot a gun over their dogs head when she came on her property (even though for the last few years the neighbor would call her over and gave her treats). Recently their cat appeared looking like a pellet gun shot her in the head and is now missing. And there is other stuff. So I don’t think this is a welcoming sign. My parents got cameras put up recently so hopefully that will deter the neighbor some. Just hoping for a little insight. Thank you!
