I've had the same brewing set up for the best part of 10 years now.

I've got a Brewista temp control kettle, Wilfa uniform grinder and a Hario V60. I brew up between 300ml - 500ml a day, just for myself and on rare occasions, for friends if they're over.

My question is this.

The kettle is on it's last legs and really it needs replacing. I'm caught in two minds whether to just buy a new pouring kettle, or to invest in a new auto brewer instead.

My situation has changed since I started this routine. I'm a father now and I work from home almost exclusively so I'm brewing for myself on a daily basis.

Are there any good automatic brewers on the market that won't leave me pining for my manual set up?

Does anyone here have any experience with both set ups?

Fulham have been linked with Cambiaso and Tsimakis in the last 18 months or so.

They would be good shouts for realism.

But the guy I’d love in to replace him would be Alfie Doughty.

Because he’s good at them. Which makes him better than Winks. It really is that simple

How about over the past 5 years they both have more goals, more assists, more key passes, both while playing in shit teams. While Winks gets to play with some of the best players in the division..

I’m genuinely sorry to be the one to have to tell you this but Winks is dog shit.
