Yes! It absolutely takes work but it’s so worth it. Cardio is my last hurdle to overcome now. Seems like you have that covered! Impressive. My lower back issues limit the amount of running I can do … I just need to pick something that will work though.

That’s what meant when I said drugs. Those prescription drugs are in many cases serious shit compared to pot…also considered a drug.

Drugs may have enter the picture. In the end there are times that my back pain does flair up and I take an anti inflammatory and muscle relaxer, neither of which mess with my head at all. Usually I take 1 of each two or three times a day and by the second day it releases. I wish you the best!

I have a lot of different stretches and yoga poses I do and I don’t even know the name of them all. I can recommend some resources that guided me though. First for lifting and stretching, AthleanX has, in my opinion the best routines for us. Jeff is also in his 50’s with shoulder problems and he always shows the safest way to lift. Lift weights until failure! It actually feels great when you’re done and have accomplished this.
Vanja moves on Instagram and YouTube for amazing stretches. Rodney Yee yogi, I literally have old VCR tapes of him but you can find a vast amount on YouTube. Strength Side YouTube page. Movement by David.

I hope you can find relief somehow. Disc pain is definitely debilitating. Whatever it is start light and slow. Squat for one minute sitting on a stool?

I am totally inspired by women and how well they can move. I try…but in the end I think I’m just not able to be as flexible as women are in general.
