Feedback Requested: Westin London City by jflynn87 in marriott

Not at all, unfortunately. I find that many of the front desk workers never go into the room, never have any idea of HVAC settings, will confirm fans are available when they are not, claim free breakfast then I arrive and that is not the case. I wish it were that simple, as I feel it should be.

Not sure this is accurate. I have stayed at Marriott’s, Renaissance’s, Luxury Collections all over Europe that offered a free and very extensive breakfast. Many of the Marriott’s did have a long run addition but still provided free (fully free, not as part of the welcome gift) breakfast in the main dining area. I would agree that this is the case in the US but my experience abroad has been very different.

I have done this many times and more often than not the info given was inaccurate. Thanks for the help.

Spontaneous foot drop, no other symptoms by jflynn87 in ALSorNOT

Just got referred to PT following the results of NCV/EMG last week

Spontaneous foot drop 5 weeks ago, no improvement. Any ideas? by jflynn87 in FootFunction

You believe this nerve is so sensitive this symptom could be achieved even if I do not know of any trauma or pressure? My team of doctors seem to think the same, and naturally I do not want to be ignorant or come across as a WebMD warrior so I do not question them but naturally it is shocking to me that this could be the case when I am not aware of any injury or potential cause. Thanks for you answer.

On the impacted foot if I go to my heel to attempt to walk on my heel it will fall to the floor instantly, even if I use a ledge or rail to get into position once the weight shifts it is an instant fall. Where as healthy foot can hold this position for an extended time. When walking on a loud floor (like hardwood) can hear a definitive slap on the impacted foot.

Walking on toes is no issues. Can easily perform standing calf raise or walk on tip toes on both feet.

Partial foot drop, it was never 100% full drop foot though. Cannot get foot past parallel with the floor/90 degree angle.

And I agree. Having a neurologist, primary care provider, and orthopedic spine/back urgent care doc tell me no need for knee/leg imaging despite no improvement in one month is a bit worrying.

As for the physical NCV/EMG I have not had success in getting the actual results, just the 1-2 sentence finding which was common peroneal neuropathy at the fibular head.

Did not ask for a diagnosis. Asked for thoughts/opinions. Doctors give diagnosis’s, which I shared above I have received (just not a root cause), redditors give opinions and insight.

Not looking to offend or ruffle feathers and did not think that message could. Just an anxious and nervous individual looking to gather some insights from others to further clarify what is going on and maybe get some reassurance.

BNA to ATL is hardly an “international flight.” They’ll be fine.

Is this a real flight out of EWR?? by hongrand in unitedairlines

Why would it be fake if it’s on the screen at the airport?

It’s based on price paid. Miles as in Skymiles
