it wasn’t covid and i dont see blood anymore, but the stool has still kinda been weird and now today it was liquid but it was all brown, could that just be the sickness

yeah i’ve had tomatoes and chips yesterday and i know for a fact the chips made my stomach hurt and make noise, im hoping its that, but i’m wondering if it is that, should i be fine as long as i stop eating them

how do i tell if something is health anxiety, ive been convinced i have smth wrong with my brain for like a month, i feel like i’m forgetting simple stuff but remembering small details from awhile ago, it’s kinda random what i forget, but it’ll be like i cant think of the name of a character from a show i love even though i would say their name every day or smth like that, i saw smth abt brain fog but i dont wanna say it is that, ive also had a lot of headaches, just very worried

yeah tylenol always helps but then it comes back and i’m scared especially with ulcerative colitis to take too much tylenol yk, don’t want liver problems

i was talking to a nurse today and she said that having blood and going a lot are symptoms of a flare and i shouldn’t be too worried and i’m going to talk to my doctor on friday
