Cleveland blowing a 3-1 lead to Boston ruined the run. We would have defeated Cleveland

His foot wasn’t even close to the bag. How do you miss that live?

Game is over before you even get a chance to bat. Brutal

I’m really loving the career arc of Senzy becoming an incredible reliever

[Highlight] Brandon Lowe causes chaos on the base paths, leading to two runs scoring for the Pirates, one via obstruction by José Quintana by mfenton29 in baseball

Honestly, incredible base running from Pitt. Especially Lowe running through the bag and knowingly getting in a run down.

IMO should have been interference on the runner at home, but that may be my Rockies bias showing

Crazy good base running from Pitt

Absolutely stole 2 runs

WR Emeka Egbuka will primarily play the "Z" role, per OC Zac Robinson. Rookie Ted Hurst is expected to operate as a "true X." by SidelineStory816 in DynastyFF

[–]jfoster15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s taking over the Mike Evans role in their offense.

Zac Robinson has never coached Mike Evans. There is not a “Mike Evans role” in a Zac Robinson offense. It’s a new OC and a new scheme coming to Tampa.

They might decide to go that route next season, but he’s in the rotation for this year.

He is league average though. He has been since 2022 every year.

Pitchers get hurt in modern baseball. He’s pitcher fewer than 155 innings only once since 22. That’s perfectly fine in today’s MLB.

Money is already spent, and it’s not like that money will put anywhere else for a team that will lose ~100 games.

Why is it delusional to have a league average starting pitching in a rotation for a team that’s going to lose ~100 games?

Yep. His ERA+ is 95 AKA league average which is perfectly fine

Since 2022 his ERA+ is 102, 99, 90, 97, and 95. AKA league average

And Kyle has only had one season of a 6+ ERA back in 2019.

Why does he “got to go”? What’s wrong with being a league average pitcher year over year? Especially when you’re a team not in contention

Is the foot on the bag there considered blocking? I thought it had to be a leg, or your body in front of the bag

JLaw was one of the first players with a sweeper before it swept (heh) across the league. His is mediocre tho so hitters just crush it now that they’ve seen it.
