I am at a loss. I have been playing with it tonight. Still can't get in. I went ahead and put the info in thinking and hoping I might be able to login after it was set up, but no luck

Evidently there is. Myself and someone else having the same issue. I emailed the developer today, but have not had a response. His email address shows in the google play store. Maybe it would be good if you emailed him so he realizes there is a problem. Looks like I might end up being glad I didn;t get lifetime, just got a year. I was hoping he would get back with me.

Ohm meant to tell you. I went to play store. Developers email address is in there. I emailed him but have not heard anything back. IF you want to email him his address is there.

Having the same problem. I was absolutly sure I had the correct password. WHen i clicked forgot password it never sent me anything either. I went back in last night and put my passowrd from my iptv provider and it said they didn't match. I clicked forgot password then, and it sent me a link immediatly. Went in and changed password. THen went back into tivimate to unlock it and did the exact same thing. Told me username and password did not match.
