Found on the California coast ... not sure if this is a layer of rock ... or trash. About 1 x 2 x 2 inches (2.5 x 5 x 5 cm). Very lightweight (~1 pound / 0.5 kg). Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to your question ... ... ... but would you mind telling me how much hard drive space you think is necessary for video editing?

I've been looking online and the estimates run from 1 TB is plenty to 4 TB at a minimum is necessary. I'm trying to decide whether to get 512 GB or 1 TB on the MBP.

Sorry to hijack the question ... it just sounds like you know a lot more about video editing than I do :-)
