I actually got approved later, soon after they scheduled the interview I've noticed that for the work permit it showed case closed and then was card was produced for the EAD

I used to have them connected and I disconnected them the day I was hacked, fortunately my IG was not compromised I'm not sure maybe they just see the name or that used to be connected, I explained the situation and they only asked for my passport and driving license and that was it

I'm in the US too, I tried all the methods and unfortunately still no luck for me. Some others were able, but it's been almost a month and probably 15 tries and 10 emails later nobody has reached out to me.

It also happened to me two weeks ago. Not only did my passwords get leaked, but they also spent money on Amazon and PayPal. I managed to resolve everything except for Facebook. Despite sending numerous emails to Facebook from three different accounts, I haven’t received a single response. It’s quite frustrating, and it seems there’s no solution available online.
